While 7th in the line-up, this is the last song i wrote for the supreme court concept record and is about the confirmation hearings of Samuel Alito. His nomination was approved by the senate with the second smallest margin in history (second to Clarence Thomas). And this only after the short lived confirmation hearing for Harriet Miers, a nominee that received heavy bipartisan criticism which amounted to a vote of no confidence and she requested that her nomination be withdrawn. This song is my speculation that this made possible the confirmation of another, and just slightly less controversial, judge - Samuel Alito.
